If you require a list of your vaccinations, please submit this in writing, to The Practice Nurse, Dr Rasul & Thompson, Woodside Health & Care Centre, 891 Garscube Road Glasgow G20 7ER enclosing a cheque, for £10.00 made payable to Drs Leslie & Partners. We also accept postal orders, or if you prefer cash. Please allow at least 7 to 10 working days before your request is ready.
